Philippe Genin appointed as General Manager at Insight SiP
Sophia Antipolis, France, 06 May 2021 - Insight SiP, a vendor of innovative miniature RF modules with embedded antennas, based on "System in Package" technologies, today announced some changes in its management team to support the future growth of the business.
Philippe Genin will take the role of General Manager (“Directeur Général”) with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the business. Michel Beghin, who previously held this post, will now focus on the strategic development of the business in his role as Chairman (“Président”) of the board at Insight SiP.
Philippe Genin has worked with Insight SiP since 2014 when he started as a consultant to the company. In 2017, he joined Insight SiP on a full-time basis as Product Manager BLE. Previously, Philippe had been General Manager at engineering companies including Komax Solar in Aix-en-Provence and Chelton Telecom Microwave in Paris. He began his career at Tekelec/Temex after graduating in 1986 from the Ecole Centrale Paris as an “Ingénieur, Informatique – Télécom.”
