To replace cumbersome HDMI cables in the home or the office, Insight SiP proposes a complete WHDI™ solution for video transmission from any source to any display device.

Wireless Home Digital Interface (WHDI™) technology enables wireless delivery of uncompressed HDTV throughout the home with video rates of up to 3Gbps (uncompressed 1080p) in the 5Ghz unlicensed band, with the same quality as a wired connection and no latency.

WHDI transmitter module - ISP090903

Uncompressed HD Video transmission through wireless throughout your home from your Large Screen TV or Projector,  Blu-ray or AV-R player, set top boxes (STB), games consoles and more.

-         WHDI transmitter: uncompressed Full-HD video quality
-         WHDI 1.0 compliance, including HDCP 2.0
-         Up to Full HD 1080p 60Hz, UXGA video resolution
-         Audio support: S/PDIF + 4 x I2S Audio 192 kHz 24 bit
-         Uses 5GHz ISM band
-         “Deep Color support:”, Up to 12 bits per colour: 36 bit RGB or YCrCb
-         MIMO Configuration
-         Strong 256-bit AES encryption
-         Less than 1mSec latency between source and sink
-         Frame buffer available for best quality (still pictures a video)
